Ammonites, lizards and dinosaur fossils are all over the place (although the south end of the beach is best). A great pub is an added bonus
Directions and Parking: Take the A171 south from Whitby and when you get to High Hawkser, bare left onto the B1447 down to the Bay. Limited parking.
