Lyme Regis
The Jurrasic coast is a wonderful place. The beach is a riot of rocks and crammed with fossils for anyone to find. Lyme Regis ammonites are there for you to pick up and take home. In town there is a small selection of decent shops (quite a few dedicated to selling lyme regis fossils). Directions and Parking: Road links are fine and a train will get you to Lyme Regis eventually. Plenty of parking is available close to the beach.
